Egg Puffs-Memories

Jump to Recipe

Everyone may have some memories which are related to food, I am sharing my memory about egg puffs here.

I didn’t like to have breakfast when I was a child but my mother would always force me to eat at least a banana before I go to school. I feel hungry by 10 in the morning due to the less amount of food I had as breakfast. So I would drink some water from the water bottle that I bought from my home to cover my hunger until the break time, which was at 11 am.

When the bell rang in the school for a short break at 11 am, my friend and I used to run to the shop of Usmanikka at the bottom of the school. The shop used to be very busy during that time but, somehow we will go inside and get two egg puffs. We would try to have that hot and crispy egg puff within 5 minutes and ran back to class as quickly as possible. That is a sweet memory of egg puffs in my life.

Let us just see how to make this yummy egg pugs at home. Puffs can be made easily at home if you are using a ready-made puffs pastry. Making a perfect pastry is time-consuming. So it will take time if you are making everything from scratch.
