- Medium cucumber – 4 nos
- Water – 2 cup(500ml)
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Mint Leaves – 2 leaves
- Salt – to taste
How to prepare nutritious cucumber juice :
Place this chopped cucumber and 2 cups of water into a blender and add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, two tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt into the blender and mix well. Filter it using a strainer if needed.
