  • Water                       – 2 cup(500ml)
  • Sugar                       – 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice            – 2 tbsp
  • Mint Leaves            – 2 leaves

Peel off the cucumbers using a potato peeler or a knife, this will help you remove protective wax coated on top greeny part of the cucumber. Then slice of both end and chop it into small pieces.

Place this chopped cucumber and 2 cups of water into a blender and add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, two tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt into the blender and mix well. Filter it using a strainer if needed.
