Egg Puffs

  • Pan


  • 6 sheets Puffs Pastry
  • 3 Medium-sized Onion
  • ½ tsp Ginger Paste
  • ½ tsp Garlic Paste:
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • a pinch Garam Masala
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder:
  • 3 Egg


  • Take a pan, keep it in a medium flame add some coconut oil once it's heated up add finely sliced onion and a pinch of salt, Saute well until it becomes soft and golden brown.
  • Once it becomes golden brown add ginger and garlic paste and sauté well.
  • Add all masala powders mentioned in the ingredients and mix well. Add two tbsp of water if itis necessary and keep it in a medium flame by covering the pan with a lid for 2min.
  • Add coriander leaves and sauté well.
  • When the masala is ready put this masala on the centre of the puff pastry sheet and keep a half piece of boiled egg on top of the masala.
  • Fold the pastry sheet by covering the masala and egg. And spread some beaten egg on top of each egg pug using a brush.
  • Keep this puffs on an idle stand.
  • Heat a pan in a high flame for 2 minutes and keep this idle stand with puffs inside the pan and keep it for 45 to 50 minutes in a medium flame.
  • Now the yummy egg puffs are ready to eat.
